20-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. Should your selection not be exactly as you envisioned, we offer a 20-day window for returns or exchanges.
Conditions of Return

Jewelry must remain unworn, unaltered, and in its original presentation, including packaging, certificates, and tags.

Bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order creations are final sale and exempt from return.

Any item showing wear or modification cannot be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our client care team within 20 days of delivery to request return authorization.

Once approved, securely ship your piece in its original packaging using an insured and signature required service.

Upon careful inspection, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for alternate styles or sizes of equal or greater value. Any balance will be processed prior to dispatch.
Shipping Responsibility
Clients are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
